Return Policy


At Rangraze, each saree is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. As our products are premium, handcrafted textiles, we request customers to review the policy below before placing an order.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange (Domestic Orders – India Only)

●      Returns or exchanges are eligible within 2 days of delivery

●      Requests raised after 2 days will not be accepted under any circumstances

●      The saree must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with:

○      Original tags intact

○      Original packaging

 

Valid Reasons for Return & Resolution

Reason for Return Resolution Saree arrived damaged Refund or Store Credit Incorrect saree received Refund or Store Credit Color differs from expectation or images Store Credit only Quality not satisfactory Store Credit only Important: For damaged or incorrect items, an unedited unboxing video showing the package opening from start to finish is mandatory for approval.

 

Sarees Not Eligible for Return / Exchange

●      Luxe Collection Sarees

(Eligible only for exchange via store credit within 2 days)

●      Sarees purchased during exclusive offers, flash sales, or special deals

●      Customized or made-to-order sarees

●      Orders placed using Store Credit

●      Sarees with removed tags, altered condition, or signs of wear

 

How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

  1. Submit a return request within 2 days of delivery via:

○      Our Return Center, or

○      Email us at help@rangraze.in with:

■      Order number

■      Reason for return

■      Unboxing video (if applicable)

  1. Requests via Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, or phone calls will not be processed.
  2. Once approved, our team will confirm the return pickup process.
  3. A logistics and handling fee of ₹400 per saree will be deducted at the time of processing.

 

Refund & Store Credit Process

●      Once the saree is received, inspected, and approved:

○      Refund or Store Credit will be issued based on eligibility

●      Refunds / credits apply only to the product price

○      Shipping, COD, or other charges are non-refundable

●      Processing time: 7–10 working days from return initiation

Refund Method

●      Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method

●      COD Orders: Refunded via RazorpayX

○      Customers must email bank details (Name, Account Number, IFSC, Branch) to help@rangraze.in

Store Credit Details

●      Issued as a coupon code to the registered email ID

●      Valid for 90 days

●      Can be used only once

●      Any unused balance will not be refunded

 

International Orders

●      For international shipments, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations

 

Order Cancellation Policy

●      Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement

●      A ₹200 cancellation fee will be deducted

●      Cancellation is not allowed if:

○      The order has already been shipped

○      The product is marked ready for dispatch

Even if within 24 hours, cancellation is not accepted once the order is shipped.

 

Additional Terms & Conditions

●      Minor variations in color, weave, texture, weight, or measurements may occur due to the handcrafted nature of sarees

●      Zari or silk purity is guaranteed only when explicitly mentioned

●      Actual product color may vary slightly due to lighting and screen calibration

●      Rangraze is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

●      Store credits cannot be combined with ongoing sale offers

●      All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India

●      Rangraze reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request
