Order Processing Time

●      All orders are processed within 2–4 business days

●      Certain premium or handcrafted sarees may require additional processing time

●      Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message/email with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

●      We offer pan-India shipping

●      Delivery timelines:

○      Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch

○      Non-metro / remote areas: 5-7 business days after dispatch

●      Delivery timelines may vary due to:

○      Courier partner delays

○      Weather conditions

○      Regional accessibility

International Shipping

●      We ship internationally to selected countries

●      International shipping charges:

○      Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

●      Delivery timelines:

○      Typically 7–14 business days after dispatch

Customs & Duties

●      Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer

●      Rangraze is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

Packaging & Quality Check

●      Every saree undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch

●      Sarees are packed securely to prevent damage during transit

Delivery Guidelines

●      Please ensure the shipping address and contact details are accurate

●      Rangraze is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:

○      Incorrect or incomplete address

○      Unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery

●      In case of repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to origin, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch

Damaged or Missing Packages

●      If your saree arrives damaged or incorrect:

○      An unedited unboxing video is mandatory for support

○      Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at help@rangraze.in

Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for resolution
